Intent of the process

This process will be used to establish pools of partially or fully qualified candidates which could serve to staff various AS-02 group and level positions within Elections Canada.

THE MAJORITY OF OUR POSITIONS ARE BILINGUAL with various linguistic profiles such as BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC or CCC/CCC. The pool may also be established for some unilingual English or French positions.

Employment tenures (indeterminate), security requirements, conditions of employment and work locations will vary depending on the needs for the position being staffed.

Job offers resulting from this process will be for DETERMINATE appointments.

EDUCATION

Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCES

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience providing administrative services.
*Significant experience in providing services to clients.

*Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of those duties on a regular basis for a period of one (1) year.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

ASSETS

Experience working in a call center.
Experience working in the field of records management.
Experience providing support and services to internal and external clients.
Experience working in a municipal or provincial election.
