Your résumé.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Note: The course for the specialization must be acceptable and must have been taken at a recognized post-secondary institution, but not necessarily within a degree program in the required specialization.
One hundred and sixty (160) hours of training in conflict management, applicable to a workplace setting, which must include forty (40) hours of mediation skills training.

Recent and significant* experience in providing workplace informal conflict management services (such as conflict analysis, conflict coaching, facilitated discussions, mediation, and group interventions)
Note: Recent and significant experience is understood to mean the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of various, complex related Informal Conflict Management activities for approximately two (2) years in the last four (4) years
Experience in delivering training relevant to conflict management
Recent and significant experience* in providing advice to management on matters related to effective workplace conflict prevention or management.
Note: Recent and significant experience is understood to mean the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of various, complex related Informal Conflict Management activities for approximately two (2) years in the last four (4) years
CERTIFICATION: Chartered Mediator designation from the ADR Institute of Canada, Inc.
Completion of Conflict Coaching training with an evaluation of ‘competent’
