- Maintains a control system for technical documents and regulatory publications for the regional Civil Aviation Technical Reference Centre;
- Provides technical reference and information services to Civil Aviation personnel;
- Reviews, verifies and maintains current the contents of technical manuals, regulatory documents and other publications essential to Civil Aviation personnel;
- Maintains the material loan system for the Technical Reference Centre within the Region, and for inter-library (inter-regional) loans;
- Acquires and distributes documents to Civil Aviation personnel;
- Provides budgetary information and recommendations to the Regional Manager, Standards Coordination on expenditures;
- Contributes as a member of the Standards Coordination Division through continuous liaison with the regional operational groups and functional authorities (Standards Branch, Management Services Branch, Policy and Regulatory Services Branch) to promote the flow of communications, data and information exchanges.

Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program with acceptable specialization in one or more of the following branches: Aviation management, social science, statistics, library/archival work or a law-related field.
Experience in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Experience in providing client service.
Experience in maintaining and organizing information in databases and hardcopies.
Experience in navigating the Internet to effectively conduct research.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
