Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience

Degree equivalency

Experience in providing various administrative support services such as keyboarding, data entry, filing, processing mail.
Experience providing service to internal or external clients / general public, via telephone or in person.

Experience providing administrative support within a first responder, police agency or similar organization
Experience in using Police and/or Court computer database applications such as PROS, CPIC, JEIN.
Experience liaising with court representatives or officials, or preparing court disclosure packages.

Willing and able to work in a busy police environment, which could include exposure to unsettling and/or graphic material
