A pool of partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions with various tenures, various language requirements and/or security requirements, according to the position being staffed within Employment and Social Development Canada.

- A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
1. Experience in providing strategic advice to clients related to communications projects.
2. Experience in collaborating with a variety of clients, partners, stakeholders or multi-disciplinary teams related to communications projects.
3. Experience in supervising staff.
4. Experience managing high-profile and sensitive communications files.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in communications, marketing, journalism and/or public relations.

Degree equivalency

AE1. Experience in developing and managing social media plans including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
AE2. Experience in analyzing complex information through research and fact checking with close attention to detail.
