A covering letter in 5,000 words (maximum) "In the COVER LETTER, you must also provide information on how you meet all EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE qualifications
(ESSENTIAL AND ASSET). It is your responsibility to PROVIDE CLEAR AND CONCRETE EXAMPLES. It is recommended that you use the education and experience factors as headers and describe the experience examples in specific terms, providing sufficient details so that the Assessment Board can clearly understand. Describe the
situation/task, the action you took, what you accomplished and/or what you learned.
The information in your cover letter must be supported in your resume. Lack of
EXAMPLES and DETAILS WILL result in your application being rejected as the
Assessment Board will have insufficient information to determine if the qualifications are met.
You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position.
Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed.
Some essential and other qualifications will be assessed through your application. It is
your responsibility to provide appropriate examples that illustrate how you meet each
qualification. Failing to do so could result in your application being rejected.

EDUCATION :
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in economics, sociology or statistics.
Note:
1.Candidates must always have a degree. The courses for the specialization must be acceptable and may have been taken at a recognized post-secondary institution, but not necessarily within a degree program in the required specialization. The specialization may also be obtained through an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
(EX1) Experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
(EX2) Experience in developing data collection Tools.
(EX3) Experience related to program evaluations.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
