WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
People with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite Environment (Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel) together with significant experience providing administrative support.

Create a pool of qualified candidates that will be used to staff positions on a specified or permanent basis (Indeterminate, term, acting and casual) within the IRCC Case Processing Center Sydney (CPCS).
Positions to be filled: Number to be determined
Your résumé.
Secondary school diploma or the employer approved alternative*.
*The employer approved alternative is obtaining the GED (General Educational Development Diploma).
Significant* experience providing administrative support such as, but not limited to, data entry, filing, reviewing documents and/or applications in a work environment.
*Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally acquired by an individual having performed administrative support for a consecutive period of a minimum of three (3) months on a full time basis.
Experience in providing clerical support in the processing of applications for Canadian Citizenship.
Experience in providing clerical support in the processing of applications for the Permanent Resident Card (PRC).
Experience in providing clerical support in the processing of applications for sponsorship under Family Class.
Experience in providing clerical support in the processing of applications for permanent residence under the economic class (Paper or Express Entry).
Various language requirements
English/French Essential

Significant* knowledge of the Microsoft Computer Environment including Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Significant is defined as the necessary knowledge to ensure a high level of efficiency in accomplishing work with the Microsoft environment tool.
