The intent of this process is to staff the position of Director, Framework and Policy - Locally Engaged Staff (LES) indeterminately.

EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in managing human resources.
Experience providing strategic advice to senior levels** on complex issues.
Significant*** experience in applying a leadership role in managing a team responsible for the delivery of human resources frameworks, in at least two of the following disciplines, at the enterprise level (note 1) inside or outside of federal government: labour relations, classification, HR policy, compensation, staffing, talent and performance management, compensation, health and safety.
NOTE
** “Senior level” is defined as high level officials, such as Director General and Assistant Deputy Minister or other equivalent levels as deemed acceptable by the selection board.
***Significant experience means having performed the duties that are normally acquired over a period of at least two (2) years.
Note 1: Enterprise level is defined in this context as having the primary responsibility for the entire organization.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to human resources, psychology, sociology, labour law, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
Experience in managing personnel outside of Canada.
Experience in engaging and leading organization-wide consultations.
Experience in managing financial resources.
Experience implementing significant organizational change within a team.
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
