The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada is seeking candidates for the position of Program Administrator for the Canadian Impact Assessment Registry (https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/050?culture=en-CA).
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing support, advice and guidance to Agency staff and other federal organizations on the requirements related to maintaining the Registry in line with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and standards;
• Reviewing and posting records to the Registry internet site;
• Responding to requests for information and providing guidance to the public;
• Working in close consultation with Communications, Information Management and Technology, and Operations staff to identify and resolve issues related to the Registry;
• Participating in the implementation of improvements to the Registry Internet site, in line with operational and user requirements.

The initial intent of this process is to staff two positions for a specified period of up to 12 months in a bilingual BBB positions.
First consideration may be given to candidates self-identifying as an Indigenous person, visible minority and person with disability.
A pool of qualified candidates may also be created to staff similar positions at the PM-02 group and level on an indeterminate basis or for a specified period (acting, specified period appointment, assignment or secondment), with various linguistic profiles within the Agency.

AEX1 - Experience converting basic documents to HTML format.
AEX2 - Experience working on projects using Agile and User Experience (UX) design principles.
ASSET KNOWLEDGE:
K1 - Knowledge of the Impact Assessment Act, as it pertains to the Canadian Impact Assessment Registry.
