The intent of this process is to establish a pool of qualified candidates which could be used to staff similar or identical positions with various tenures, language requirements, and/or security clearance levels in various Federal Government Departments or Agencies, in various locations.

Education:
ED1 - Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, with an acceptable specialization in the social sciences, law or a related discipline.
Experience:
EX1 - Experience in conducting research and analysis on complex issues and preparing written documents, such as briefing notes and/or reports that include evidence-based findings and/or recommendations based on the analysis.
EX2 - Experience in preparing briefing material and presenting complex information to a variety of audiences.
EX3 - Experience building relationships across teams to meet deadlines.
Competencies:

Asset Qualifications:
Education:
AED1 - A Master’s degree in the social sciences or humanities from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Experience:
AEX1 - Experience as a member of the Canadian Forces.
AEX2 - Experience in conducting investigations and/or administrative reviews.
AEX3 - Experience in conducting statistical analysis from large and/or complex data sets.
AEX4 - Experience working in an Ombudsman or Ombudsman-like environment.
Knowledge:
AK1 - Knowledge of issues that impact Veterans Affairs clients and their families.
Organizational Needs:
