Candidates must meet all of the essential qualifications to be appointed to a position. A candidate may be appointed even though she/he does not meet any or all of the asset qualifications. A pool of qualified candidates will be created following this process, and used to staff permanent and temporary vacancies, of various tenures, within Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Small Craft Harbours, in Winnipeg, MB, and Burlington, ON.

Your résumé.
Graduation from a two (2) year diploma course in construction management, civil, survey, architectural technology or related building technology from a recognized technical institute.
Recent* experience in providing engineering support for infrastructure construction, maintenance and repair.
Experience in managing a budget for major projects.
Experience in managing the implementation of infrastructure projects.
Experience in the use of AutoCAD.
*Recent experience is understood to mean within the past three (3) years.
English essential
Language proficiency will be assessed by the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
