What do Royalty Analysts do?
Verify newly created rule sets to ensure they coincide with the lease royalty calculation. Manually calculate royalties and compare them to the Resource Information Management System (RIMS) rule set calculation.
Regularly monitor other provincial regimes for any changes that may affect IOGC’s royalty calculations.
Plan, organize and implement the conduct of special reviews and investigate deficiencies and discrepancies associated with the assessment of RIMS based royalties received on behalf of First Nations.
