Provision of office and benefit administrative services to the Employee and Management Relations Officer, Health Services Manager, medical contract employees, and divisional employees.
The intent of this process is to staff one (1) permanent position in Edmonton, AB.
Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment prior to May 21, 2020 (deeming date), the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM. Furthermore, CM staffing transactions resulting from this process will be administered in accordance with the Onboarding Transition Phase until deeming day

Your résumé.
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Experience of a minimum of 3 years providing and coordinating a full range of administrative support services (services may include, but are not limited to, verifying and correcting financial claims, preparing reports, creating and maintaining classified, confidential, or protected files)
Recent* and significant** experience in supervising employees, including monitoring performance and assigning work.
* “Recent experience” means performance of duties within approximately the last 24 months.
** “Significant experience” means the depth of experience normally associated with the performance of duties on a continuous basis for approximately 12 months.
Experience working in a health management or disability management environment.
Experience reviewing medical benefit or entitlement policies and advising clients with respect to same.

RCMP security clearance - Enhanced Reliability
NOTE: Successful candidates will require a valid RCMP security clearance prior to appointment and throughout the tenure of their employment. The process to obtain RCMP security clearance involves a security/reliability interview and a field investigation regarding matters of criminal activity which includes reference checks, verification of credit/financial status, education, employment, etc . As such, the process may take several weeks or months to complete.
