IRCC’s Transformation Digital Solutions Sector (TDSS) is devoted to transforming and modernizing the way IRCC does business and interacts with clients —from processes, to the tools, to the culture. EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
EXPERIENCE
EX1: Experience in extracting, analyzing and synthesizing information and preparing reports.
EX2: Experience providing options and recommendations to clients and/or management* on human resources, procurement, financial, administration, accommodations or security.
EX3: Experience preparing communication products such as briefing materials, summary notes, reports or presentations for Management*.
* Management is defined as Manager or above.

STEP 3 of the assessment process – LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT
Depending on the position being staff, we might have positions with various language requirements.
If you are interested in being considered for a bilingual position, Second Language Evaluation (SLE) testing will be administered, as required, using the Public Service Commission’s (PSC) SLE tests. EXPERIENCE
AEX1: Experience contributing to the preparation of business planning documents for an organization.
AEX2: Experience with financial planning and reporting.

AEX6. Experience in coordinating support services for events, major meetings, committees, working groups.
AEX7. Recent** experience in coordinating briefing material, Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) and Parliamentary Questions.

**Recent experience refers to experience gained within the past five (5) years.

Reliability Status security clearance - or Secret Clearance
STEP 5 of the assessment process - SECURITY CLEARANCE
The hiring department is responsible for the Personnel Security Clearance process.
Typically to be eligible for a "Reliability" clearance, you must provide residence information for the last five (5) years and to be eligible for a "Secret" clearance, you must provide residence information for the last ten (10) years.
The process may involves reference inquiries, verification of qualifications, criminal records checks, credit checks (if required), and fingerprints.
