This process will be used to staff the above-mentioned position. A pool of qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff similar positions within the Privy Council Office and other departments.

EDUCATION
Successful completion of secondary school education or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
*Significant experience in analysing client print requirements and providing advice on document print production needs.
*Significant experience in operating high speed duplicating printers.
*Significant experience in operating bindery equipment.
*Significant experience in reviewing final hardcopy and/or electronic file formats to ensure end products are error free and meet established guidelines and standards.
*Significant experience in the past five (5) years in which the person's primary responsibilities include these duties.

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of methods to produce a variety of documents such as reports, briefing books and publications.
Knowledge of application software such as Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and Graphic User Interface.
ABILITIES
Ability to work under pressure and meet priorities and deadlines.
Ability to operate high speed duplicators and photocopiers.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Ability to use bindery equipment.

Candidate must be ready to work in a constantly changing environment where priorities are numerous and requested on an urgent basis.
Top Secret security clearance
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Must be able to lift boxes (15Kg).
Candidate must be ready to work overtime on short notice.
