EDUCATION
COMMON TO ALL STREAMS
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
COMMON TO ALL STREAMS
Experience working in a records environment.
Experience providing advice and guidance to staff or clients on Information Management.
Experience researching, interpreting and responding to inquiries.
Experience using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
STREAM 1 ONLY
Experience processing mail.
Experience supervising a team in an operational environment.
STREAM 2 ONLY
Experience leading a project.
EXPERIENCE
COMMON TO ALL STREAMS
Experience working with a retention and disposition schedule.
Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (such as Documentum, RDIMS, Levelink, GCDocs).

Experience developing forms with various software such Adobe, Foxit.
