Experience
* Please note that experience can be obtained in a variety of ways, such as in a work, school, or volunteer environment.
Experience* in interpreting and applying policy in at least three (3) administrative areas, such as contracting, travel, procurement, fleet, hospitality, event planning, human resources, contribution agreements, asset management, or other similar types of administrative functions.
Experience* with a financial management system to monitor expenditures, analyse financial data, or forecast budgets.
Experience* in coordinating meetings or events or managing schedules.
Experience* in drafting or reviewing documentation for completion and accuracy.

Experience in processing, coordinating and maintaining incoming and outgoing senior management correspondence.

Organizational needs:
