The immediate need is to staff three (3) permanent (indeterminate) positions, and ten (10) term (determinate) positions with various BILINGUAL IMPERATIVE profiles.
OUR POSITIONS ARE BILINGUAL with various linguistic profiles depending on the position to be filled such as BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC or CCC/CCC.
A pool of partially qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions within Elections Canada.

Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience providing administrative services.
*Significant experience in providing services to clients.
NOTE: *Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of those duties on a regular basis for a period of one (1) year.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
CBC/CBC or CCC/CCC.

ASSETS
AE1: Experience in providing budget support services.
AE2: Experience in preparing contracts and/or procuring goods and services.
AE3: Experience in entering and updating salary forecasts as well as salary recovery coordination.
AE4: Experience in using Government of Canada financial information systems (for example, SAP, SFT (Salary Forecasting Tool); IFMS.
AE5: Experience in using the Government of Canada Shared Travel Services portal as a travel arranger.
AE6: Experience in managing an executive’s calendar and correspondence.
AE7: Experience working in a call center.
AE8: Experience using Visio for organizational charts.
AE9: Experience using Excel for data entry and spreadsheets manipulation.
