Intent of the process

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:
A degree from a recognized university with specialization in Business or Computer Science OR an acceptable combination of education, experience* and/or training.

*minimum 5 years’ experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Experience with PeopleSoft 8.9 or 9.1 modules.
Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Experience in providing HR/IT advice and recommendations to Senior Management (EX minus 1 or above), clients and staff.
Experience managing Human Resources (including approving leave, completing Performance Evaluation Reviews, training and development plans).
Experience prioritizing and managing multiple requests in a fast paced environment.

Knowledge:
Knowledge of at least two or more functional HR business lines within Oracle/PeopleSoft 8.9/9.1.
Knowledge of impact and risk analysis relating to In-Service management of a major Enterprise Resource Planning System.
Knowledge of information life cycle processes for Human Resources.

Abilities:
Ability to analyze business resources requirements.
Ability to provide advice and recommendations to senior management on complex functional issues.
Ability to act as liaison between technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively orally.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing.

Experience:
