The immediate intention of this process is to staff one temporary position till March 31, 2022 with possibility of an extension.
A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be established to staff similar positions within Elections Canada with bilingual imperative BBB/BBB profile and various tenures (temporary or permanent).

Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
Experience* providing administrative services** in an office environment
Experience in entering information in a data entry system
Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*At least one (1) year experience in providing administrative services
**Administrative support services may include the performance of tasks such as managing the daily agenda of manager, planning or coordinating meetings, preparing documents or reviewing for accuracy, coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing, writing minutes of meetings, preparing spreadsheets and collating data, etc.
