The immediate intent of this process is to staff one indeterminate position. A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may also be established to staff identical or similar positions within Elections Canada with various tenures (e.g. indeterminate, various specified periods) and with a bilingual imperative linguistic profile CBC/CBC.

Your résumé.
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of experience and/or training in a field relevant to the position.
• Experience in analyzing issues and providing strategic recommendations.
• Significant* experience managing a multi-disciplinary team in the context of a complex project.**
• Experience in preparing and providing verbal and written briefings or reports, with recommendations, to senior management.
* “Significant experience” is defined as the depth, breadth, complexity, variety and level of autonomy normally associated with having performed the specified activities full timefor a period of approximately two (2) years.
** A “complex project” involves dimensions such as objective ambiguity, multiple concurrent and not easily reconcilable priorities or subjects, shifting deadlines, multiple stakeholders and projects/initiatives with legal implications.
Degree from a recognized university
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team responsible for a nationwide adult learning programme.
• Significant experience* managing and delivering operational services for an election management organization.
* “Significant experience” is defined as the depth, breadth, complexity, variety and level of autonomy normally associated with having performed the specified activities full-time for a period of approximately two (2) years.
