Education:
Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in Business Administration or Computer Science OR an acceptable combination of education, experience* and training.
*minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Experience in the planning, development and implementation of new and enhanced business processes.
Experience in leading business requirements analysis activities.
Experience in facilitating and eliciting business needs/requirements from stakeholders.
Experience in documenting business requirements in multiple forms (Business Requirements Documents, Functional Design Specifications, and Change Requirements).
Experience in testing functionality of an HR Management System.
Experience with PeopleSoft 8.9 or 9.1 modules.
Experience in leading teams.
Experience in defining and providing options/recommendations and functional solutions.
Various language requirements

Knowledge of the mandate, mission and structure of the Department of National Defence/Canadian Armed Forces.
