EX1: Experience in providing a full range of administrative support

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
EX1: Recent* experience managing the daily agenda, handling e-mail and following-up on actions for a manager
EX2: Experience in managing and tracking a large volume of correspondence and documents using a correspondence tracking system such as CCM Mercury or an equivalent
EX3: Experience in making travel arrangements for a manager and in preparing travel claims
EX4: Experience in finance administration such as budget preparation, monitoring, forecasting, reporting or allocation of budgets
*Recent experience refers to a minimum of one year’s experience within the last five years

ASSESSMENT – TRAVEL EXPENSES
