We are looking for new team members in the Ministerial and Executive Coordination (MEC) Unit, located in the Income Security and Social Development Branch of ESDC.

We are located in Gatineau, Place du Portage, Phase IV. This location offers easy access to restaurants. We have on-site fitness facilities, convenient walking/running paths and parks. We are conveniently located close to major bus routes making it easy to connect with Ottawa’s LRT, Gatineau’s Rapibus system and commute from all points across the region.
A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates could be established from this process and could be used to staff identical or similar positions with various tenures and/or security requirements within the Department of Employment and Social Development Canada.

EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience
EXPERIENCE
Experience monitoring, coordinating and tracking a high volume of documents in a fast paced environment
Experience in coordination, control and monitoring of responses to enquiries and provision of documentation services to senior management, managers or staff
Experience in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook in a work environment
