Duties

You must be wondering – what is iCase? It is an effective information management tool for timekeeping and the progress of legal files. Given that iCase has been around for some time now, PPSC has an ongoing project to customize and extend the legal case management system.

Who uses iCase? Counsel, Paralegals and Legal Assistants. For example, iCase is used to review and vet disclosures, to update files, print reports and for timekeeping.

As an Administrator you will…
• Assist colleagues whenever they need assistance using the software. For example, you will have to guide and train them on how to correctly enter data and create files in iCase. Additionally, you will provide ongoing training and troubleshooting services to iCase users, including information assistance and advice on program capabilities for case management, timekeeping and reporting purposes.
• At times, you may have to assist the Chief Federal Prosecutor in order to provide them with specific reports, information or recommendations concerning data.
• Not to mention, you will play a key role in contributing to the development of new standards to meet ongoing needs.
