Education:
Secondary school diploma and/or an acceptable combination of education, experience* and/or training.

*minimum of 3 years’ experience acquired over the past 5 years.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Experience working in an HR management system.
Experience in developing Change Requests for business requirements related to Human Resources Management Systems.
Experience in gathering and analyzing business or functional requirements.
Experience in testing proposed functional solutions.

Knowledge:
Knowledge of HR processes and/or systems.
Knowledge of business requirements gathering techniques.

Experience:
Experience with PeopleSoft 8.9 or 9.1 modules.
Experience in developing an impact analysis.
Experience in developing functional design specifications.
Experience in developing test strategies or executing test phases

Knowledge:
Knowledge of the mandate, mission and structure of the Department of National Defence/Canadian Armed Forces.

Organizational Needs:
