EX5: Experience using Microsoft Excel (or equivalent software) formulas, graphs and charts.

EA1: Post Secondary Diploma or Equivalent experience*.

*Equivalent Experience: Experience working in a procurement or material management environment for a period of 5 years within the past 10 years OR Experience working in a government procurement or material management environment for a period of 2 years within the past 10 years.

*Enrollment in a procurement or material management certification program.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE-ASSET

For PG-02/PG-03
EXA1: Experience working in a in procurement or material/asset management environment.
EXA2: Experience interpreting contract clauses.
EXA3: Experience providing advice on procurement, contracting or asset management to supervisors, senior staff or clients.
EXA4: Experience planning and implementing monitoring or investigation activities.
EXA5: Experience in using a financial system, such as SAP (Systems Applications and Products).
EXA6; Experience tracking workflow schedules or task completion for multiple tasks and providing updates to management.
EXA7: Experience creating reports or dashboards with the goal of clarifying or simplifying information for others.
