As a part of this dynamic team, you will get to work on a variety of interesting and complex issues, with access to diverse sources of data. Having to manage both short term and long term projects means that your workdays will be constantly changing. With experience and knowledge across a broad range of policy issues, the team is always ready to tell the story of westerners and their communities. As part of this team, you will develop products for a wide range of audiences, including Ministers, other federal departments, senior leaders, and western Canadians. This often requires working collaboratively across the department to gather information and integrate data into a strategic, impactful narrative. In this results-driven team, you will find opportunities to test creative approaches and pitch products that leverage the diverse skills and expertise of you and your colleagues. Sharing information, hosting brainstorming sessions, and asking colleagues for input are just some of the tools you use to solve problems in a dynamic environment.
