Immediate need: 2 positions to be staffed on an indeterminate basis with various linguistic profiles.

Your résumé.
Education:
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
Recent and significant* experience in project planning and implementation for construction refit or fit-up of real property facilities.
* Recent and significant* is defined as five years’ (5) experience acquired within the last ten (10) years which combines a minimum of five (5) of the following factors:
• multiple stakeholders;
• range in project values;
• in sensitive or high-risk projects:
• complex political, cultural, environmental, or economic issues;
• unique or special requirements/needs;
• different types of contracts or complex contracting situations;
• contribution to the development of Project Charters;
• contribution to regulatory approvals processes.
Experience in managing project teams including consultants and contractors.
Successful completion of an acceptable post-secondary educational program or professional certification in Project Management.
Real Property related certification.
Experience in alternative forms of project delivery (e.g. Construction Management-at-risk, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, Public-Private Partnerships).
Experience in delivery of construction projects outside of Canada.
