The screening questions will be used as the primary tool in the screening process and your résumé will only be used to validate the information you provided.
In your response to the screening questions, please provide concrete examples and the following MANDATORY information:
1. Name of the employer where the experience was acquired;
2. Title of the position occupied and duration for which you exercised the functions;
3. Specific details of tasks, projects, or accomplishments demonstrating how the experience was acquired.

Our office is located at 159 Cleopatra Drive in Nepean, Ontario.
To create a partially assessed or fully assessed pool of candidates to be used, as the need arises, to staff administrative type positions with various security requirements, various tenures (indeterminate, specified period, deployment, acting, casual employment, assignment and secondment) and with various linguistic profiles (English Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB) at 159 Cleopatra Drive in Nepean, Ontario.

EDUCATION
ED: A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
EX1: Experience providing administrative support services*
EX2: Experience in providing service to clients by telephone, in person or in writing.
* Administrative support services is defined as, but not limited to: managing agendas, scheduling and organizing meetings/teleconferences, preparing and collating meeting file folders and background materials, procuring office equipment and supplies, maintaining a filing system, data entry, booking travel arrangements, minutes taking, and other related duties
ABILITIES
A1: Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing (will be assessed throughout the entire assessment process).
A2: Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
AEX1: Experience in performing financial related tasks such as budget tracking or forecasting, acquisition card reconciliation or petty cash or managing financial documents.
AEX2: Experience arranging work related travel or processing of traveling expense claims.
AEX3: Experience using electronic document management systems.
