The intent of this process is to create a pool of qualified candidates.

EDUCATION:
A diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution or an employer-approved combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in creating, editing and maintaining HTML5 web pages.
Experience performing quality control procedures that relate to a web publishing environment.

Knowledge of HTML5 coding standards.
Knowledge of Web Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.0/2.1.

EXPERIENCE:
Experience publishing using a web content management system.
Experience providing web related advice and recommendations to clients.
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of the federal government’s Web Standards.
Knowledge of the federal government Web Experience Toolkit.
