Intent of the process

The intent of this selection process is to staff a position on a temporary basis.

The results of this process may also be used to fill similar positions on a permanent or temporary basis at the AS-02 level at the Wabush Airport.

EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum one year experience in providing support for financial activities such as: monitoring expenditures, signing authorities or budget tracking
- Minimum one year experience in contract management such as: leases, licenses, requisitions or real property agreements
- Experience liaising with stakeholders such as: federal, provincial and/or municipal government departments, internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in using computer softwares such as: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook or equivalent

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS

ENVIRONMENTAL ALLOWANCE:
- Employee with dependants: $6,063 per year
- Employee without dependants: $3,638 per year

LIVING COST DIFFERENTIAL:
- Employee with dependants: $5,473 per year
- Employee without dependants: $3,284 per year

Preference

Preference will be given to veterans and to Canadian citizens, in that order, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
