Asset Education:
AEDU – Successful completion of post-secondary education in a field relevant to the positions being staffed.
Asset Experience:
AQ1 – Experience in record management as such as classifying and indexing records, file maintenance and file disposition.
AQ2 – Experience in providing administrative support services to senior management.
AQ3 – Experience in event planning and agenda coordination.
AQ4 – Experience in researching, extracting and compiling information from various sources.
AQ5 – Experience in business travel support services such as making travel arrangements, preparing itineraries and processing travel claims.
AQ6 – Experience in tracking files and various working documents.
AQ7 – Experience in data entry and the preparation of correspondence and reports.
AQ8 – Experience in accounting or finance
AQ9 – Experience providing administrative support services in the area of goods and services procurements.
AQ10 – Experience in editing and proofreading documents.
AQ11 – Experience using a financial management system, such as SAP.
AQ12 – Experience processing and responding to client or provider inquiries.
AQ13 – Experience with CCM Enterprise.
AQ14 – Experience with DRIMIS

Qualifications for this selection process may be assessed and/or validated throughout the selection process effective from the time you submit your application. This includes any correspondence (written or oral) with Human Resources and Management.
The assessments will be conducted in Petawawa when a pool is created from this inventory. Candidates will be required to pay for their own travel expenses when invited for assessment.
A random and/or top down selection of candidates may be used in the determination of those to be given further consideration in the assessment process.
Positions at a lower group and level may be staffed using this process.
Depending on the position being staffed, additional essential merit criteria may be required.
Preference will be given to veterans and to Canadian citizens, in that order, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
