Assessment accommodation

A covering letter in 2,000 words (maximum) "You must provide a cover letter in which you must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience criteria listed in the essential and asset qualifications (if applicable). Intent of the process

A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be created and used to staff similar positions with various tenures, security profiles and linguistic requirements within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada.

Experience

Experience in coordinating and providing a variety of administrative services including scheduling and organizing meetings, maintaining schedules, and recording follow-up actions.

Experience in managing the flow of correspondence (i.e. receiving, analyzing, reviewing, editing, processing and tracking correspondence, reports, electronic messages or other documents.

Successful completion of two years of post-secondary school training with acceptable specialization in paralegal studies, in a law-related field

Degree from a recognized university

Experience working in a quasi-judicial environment.
Experience in utilizing various software (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications).
Experience in providing financial support services.

Degree equivalency
