Who’s CED?
Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED) offers guidance to Quebec businesses and regions toward the economy of tomorrow. CED focuses its interventions on SMEs and non-profit economic organizations by building on innovation and inclusive growth, targeting projects with significant economic benefits, and acting as a facilitator in bringing together the right partners for a given project.
The intent of this process is to staff the following positions:
1 position in Rimouski: To be determined
1 position in Quebec: Permanent
1 position in Quebec: Term

EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma (DES) or an acceptable combination of training, education and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
-Experience in client service functions
-Experience in administrative support functions (example: management, development, coordination and/or delivery of a series of activities and schedules for a manager or an executive and their team of employees)
-*Significant experience in the use of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
*Significant experience refers to having performed the required function regularly (daily or weekly) for a minimum period of 2 years.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Willingness to occasionally work overtime on short notice

EDUCATION:
Post-secondary education in the field of office automation or any other field related to the position.
