Provide training, coaching and end-user support on SAP and related software to employees of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and other agencies and departments who are part of the SAP Cluster under the Centre of Excellence. Create and maintain training material. Troubleshoot and respond to SAP tickets.

►Experience in designing and developing training materials (Presentation, Table of content, Reference document, FAQ’s).
►Experience using Microsoft® Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
►Experience providing interactive or demo style training.
►Experience in teaching and communicating knowledge to an audience.
►Experience in reviewing and revising documentation.
►Experience using Sharepoint.
►Experience using ANCILE uPerform.
►Experience in providing follow-up training support to users.
Bilingual - Imperative (CCC/CCC)
You must be able to work in English AND in French (Reading, Writing and Oral proficiency). We are looking for a bilingual profile of CCC/CCC, if you aren't sure what that means, click on the link below!
