An existing pool of qualified candidates will be replenished and used to staff future permanent and temporary CR-04 positions in the DFO Accounting Hub in Fredericton, NB. Please note that the pool created with this process will only be used to staff positions in the DFO Accounting Hub in Fredericton, NB.
Currently, the Accounting Hub is looking to replenish the existing pool for various language requirements. Second Language Evaluation (SLE) testing will be administered (at DFO’s cost) to determine the candidates’ aptitude.

EDUCATION
Successful completion of secondary school according to provincial or territorial requirements or; an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in using word processing, spreadsheet and emails software such as Microsoft Office.
Experience in providing service to clients by telephone, in person or in writing.
Experience in the provision of administrative support services.
Experience working in an accounting environment.
EDUCATION
Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in monitoring financial expenditures.
Experience in verifying financial documents.
Experience in data entry using a computerized Accounting System.
Experience using SAP and/or Oracle Financials and/or Kofax/Markview.
Various language requirements
(English Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC)
