The intent of this process is to establish a pool of qualified candidates which could be used to staff similar or identical positions with various tenures, various language requirements, and/or various security clearance levels.
The immediate need is to staff these positions:
- 1 in Kirkland Lake (English essential)
- 1 in Winnipeg (bilingual imperative CCC/CCC)

A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
An “acceptable combination” is defined as a breadth and depth of experience and training relevant to either of the positions being filled.
EXPERIENCE:
Stream 1 & 2
EX1: Experience applying policies, procedures or directives to administer programs, benefits or services.
EX2: Experience planning and setting priorities.
Stream 2
EX3: Experience in supervising a team (minimum 4 months cumulative).

AQ1: A degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.

AQ5: Experience supervising a team in a call/contact centre.

AQ8: Experience as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces.
AQ9: Experience working with, or administering programs and services for clients of Veterans Affairs Canada for at least 6 months.
AQ10: Experience working for Veterans Affairs Canada or other Federal Government Departments.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to work alternative schedules within core hours*.
• Must be able to travel (overnight, to other areas across Canada).
• Must be willing to work occasional overtime.
*Core Hours are defined as Monday – Friday 7:00 – 18:00.
