The immediate need is for a fixed term of 2 years at the Personnel Selection and Counselling Centre (PSCC) in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
This process will be used to staff various term and indeterminate (temporary and permanent) positions. Meanwhile, a pool of candidates will be established and may be used to staff positions for determinate (casual) periods. This pool could be used to fill similar positions within the Department of National Defense in Quebec area with various language proficiencies and security profiles.

EDUCATION:
. Master degree in vocational science or any Master degree in counselling program giving acces to “l’Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec » (OCCOQ)
. Occupational Certification : Member of the « Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec » (OCCOQ)
EXPERIENCE:
. Experience in conducting individual vocational guidance interviews to an adult clientele
. Experience in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tests to an adult clientele
Various language requirements
Diverse language profiles. Unilingual French, imperative bilingual.

. Experience in military individual counselling in social-professional transition
. Enhanced reliability verification
. Must be willing to travel between Valcartier, St-Jean and Montreal for management
clinical and multidisciplinary meetings
. On occasion the candidate will be required to work overtime
. Possess a valid driver's license
