Intent of the process

A pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates may be created to staff similar positions with various tenures (indeterminate, deployment, specified period, assignment, secondment), various security requirements and various language profiles. By default and in the interest of the greater public service, pools created as a result of collective staffing processes at SSC will be shared with other government departments.

EDUCATION:

A college diploma, obtained OR will be obtained by October 31st, 2020, from a recognized post-secondary institution in one of the following fields of study:

Experience in the provision of human resources services.

Experience working in a Service Desk and/or Call Centre.

Experience as a human resources assistant under an operational environment.

Experience working in a compensation and benefits environment within the Federal Public Service.
