Pool of essentially or partially qualified candidates will be established for 12 months with a possibility of extension and may be used to staff the same or similar positions of various tenures in Pacific Region.

Experience researching, writing and editing communications products (such as: communications or social media plans, blog posts or other digital content, news releases, media lines, or speeches) for a variety of audiences.
Experience working in project teams.
Experience executing communications, marketing, or digital strategies and tactics.
Experience providing advice to clients and management.

Recent experience in writing for the web
Recent experience in planning and executing news conferences, consultations, trade shows or other events
Experience in desktop publishing, graphic design or video production
Experience in media relations and media analysis
Recent experience means within the last 2 years.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, often on short notice, including evenings and occasional weekends
• Flexibility to adjust workday schedule as needed in order to work effectively across time zones
• Ability and willingness to travel, as required, including out of province and overnight
• Possession and maintenance of a valid driver’s license may be required
