A secondary school diploma* or employer-approved alternatives
*A secondary school diploma is completion of high school, according to provincial/territorial standards

Degree equivalency

Experience applying policies and procedures

Experience in preparing written reports and correspondence

Experience in providing advice and guidance to various internal and external clients, including management

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Experience applying policies and procedures related to the personnel security process

Experience entering data on PeopleSoft

Experience working with Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC), Police Reporting and Occurrence System (PROS), Police Information Portal (PIP), Automated Criminal Intelligence Information System (ACIIS), Integrated Information System (IIS), Integrated Electronic Information System (IEIS) and/or National Administrative Record Management System (NARMS)

Experience in file maintenance

Experience working in a policing environment

The successful applicant will have to obtain an RCMP security clearance. The process also requires a Security/Reliability Interview, a field investigation in matters of credit/finances, education, employment, references, etc.

Must be willing and able to relocate and/or work in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Preference

Preference will be given to veterans and to Canadian citizens, in that order, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
