A pool of candidates could be established to staff similar positions with various linguistic profiles for indeterminate duration and term duration on acting, secondment, assignment, term or Canada exchange basis within DEC.

EDUCATION:
Successful completion of two (2) years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR BOTH STREAMS:
-Recent* and significant** experience working in IM/IT project management (research, analysis, development, content presentation, plans and timelines).
-Recent* and significant** experience providing IT services to clients.
-Recent* experience providing advice and recommendations to co-workers or stakeholders in an information management or information technology environment.

*Recent experience refers to experience gained in the last two years.
**Significant experience refers to an extensive and varied experience gained by performing a variety of complex activities for a minimum of six (6) months.

EXPERIENCE SPECIFICALLY FOR STREAM 1:
-Recent* experience of work related to user change management or a set of activities involving accompaniment of users during a technological change.

*Recent experience refers to experience gained in the last two years.

EXPERIENCE SPECIFICALLY FOR STREAM 2:
-Recent* and significant** experience with .net technology in a Visual Studio environment.

*Recent experience refers to experience gained in the last two years.
**Significant experience refers to an extensive and varied experience gained by performing a variety of complex activities for a minimum of six (6) months.

EDUCATION:
University degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology or other software related field.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
-Recent* and significant** in participating in a software deployment project for more than 300 user workstations
-Recent* experience in participating in an Office 365 deployment project
-Recent* experience working with Active Directory
-Recent* experience working with SCCM Intune
-Recent* experience in analysis and research in customer experience field (survey, result analysis, advice and recommendations)
-Recent* experience in architecture and solution deployment for a cloud-based production environment (Microsoft Azure or Office 365)
-Recent* experience working in setting up a network topology (virtual network, subnet, firewall, gateway, etc.) in an Azure environment
-Recent* and significant** to configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365
-Recent* and significant** in JavaScript development (including Frameworks like TypeScript or others)
-Recent* and significant** in Web Service Integration (REST)
-Recent* and significant** in Pipeline automation to automate a DevOps process
-Recent* and significant** in implementing and developing business intelligence solutions
-Recent* and significant** in developing with the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI)
