The immediate need is to staff one indeterminate position in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Deputy Head). This process may be used to staff similar positions within the Public Prosecution Service of Canada with varying tenures (such as indeterminate, specified period, acting, assignment/secondment), with various linguistic profiles and with various security requirements according to the position to be staffed.

Education:
- A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
- Significant* and recent** experience in providing administrative support in a senior executive office environment.
- Recent** experience in providing administrative financial support.
*Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally acquired over a two (2) year period.
** Recent experience is defined as experience obtained within the last five (5) years.
Asset Qualifications - Experience:
- Experience using a correspondence tracking system.
- Experience in using the Integrated Financial and Materiel System (IFMS).
- Significant* and recent** experience in making travel arrangements and submitting travel expenses for approval in accordance with the National Joint Council Travel Directive for domestic and international travel.
*Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally acquired over a two (2) year period.
** Recent experience is defined as experience obtained within the last five (5) years.
