In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:
• Secondary school diploma OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience that is relevant to the position.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
• Experience* providing administrative services to employees, managers and/or clients in one or more of the following areas.
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Information Management
- Business Planning
- General Administration such as but not limited to personal or physical accommodations, infrastructure, security, supply management, procurement, health and safety.
• Experience researching and synthesizing information for management**

* AS-04 positions require the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of complex related activities for a period of approximately two years
** Management is understood to mean manager level and above

Education:
• Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Human Resources
• Experience* interpreting and applying Human Resources policies, directives and procedures
• Experience* using Human Resources Management Systems such as People Soft, or other Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

Business Planning
• Experience* in strategic planning, or performance or Business Plan reporting
• Experience* in budget planning, forecasting or year-end closing

Finance
• Experience* interpreting and applying financial policies, directives and procedures
• Experience* with financial planning and reporting
• Experience* using financial management systems such as: SAP or DRMIS

Information Management
• Experience* interpreting and applying Information Management policies, directives and procedures
• Experience* administering a document and/or record management information system

* AS-04 positions may require the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of complex related activities for a period of approximately two years

Operational Requirements:
• Willingness and ability to work overtime on short notice.
• Willingness and ability to travel on occasion.
