Education
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in education, education technology, distance education, or another specialty relevant to the position.
Experience
EX1 – A minimum of two (2) years of experience designing and evaluating adult distance learning courses.
EX2 – Experience managing and coordinating multiple concurrent projects and teams
EX3 – Experience collecting, classifying learning materials
EX4 – Experience conducting research using online resources
EX5 – Experience utilizing e-Leaning software platforms such as Articulate Storyline, SABA, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, or other similar electronic courseware authoring software.

Education
AQ1 – Graduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a specialty relevant to the position being staffed.
Experience
AQ2 – Experience in the contracting services through DND Supply Arrangement and Standing Offer contracting vehicles (or comparable / transferrable experience that an applicant would have acquired from outside DND).
AQ3 – Experience conducting training needs analysis and identifying training establishment requirements.
AQ4 – Experience utilizing performance improvement principles.
Operational Requirements
Willingness and ability to travel outside Victoria (Capital Region District) and occasionally within Canada and/or abroad, for operational requirements as needed.
Willingness and ability to work overtime, when required.
