EDUCATION
ED: A secondary school diploma or an *acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
*An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience is defined as but not limited to successful completion of 2 years of secondary school and either 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or successful completion of 5 training courses relevant to an administrative assistant position.
EXPERIENCE
E1: Experience in providing administrative services.
E2: Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
ABILITIES

EDUCATION
AEDU1: Successful completion of a post-secondary educational program.
EXPERIENCE
AE1: Experience working in an administrative tribunal, Agent of Parliament Office or Officer of Parliament Office or at the Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada.
AE2: Experience working for a federal, provincial or municipal government institution.
AE3: Experience coordinating travel arrangements and processing travel claims.
AE4: Experience in using software to create reports and track files within an organization such as but not limited to RDIMS, Microsoft Dynamic, SAP or other.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Willingness and ability to work overtime.
