EDUCATION AND OCCUPATION CERTIFICATION:

Minimum of a two year College Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Office Administration or related field.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

Recent* and extensive** experience in providing adminsitrative support to a Senior Executive (or equivalent level).

Recent and extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and correcting executive correspondence in both official languages.

Recent and extensive experience planning, managing and organizing the daily agenda and correspondance for a Senior Executive (or equivalent level).

Recent and extensive experience providing administrative support for human ressources and financial activities, including budgets.

Recent and extensive experience in making travel arrangements, including processes for travel claims and reimbursements.

Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
