This process will be used to staff an indeterminate full time position.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.

Degree equivalency

*Recent experience using computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and relational databases.
*Recent experience using advanced features of any document management systems such as merging and splitting documents, batch processing, creating bookmarks and links, creating and editing markups and comments (e.g. Adobe Reader).
Experience editing digital files such as the ability to redact, remove or distort sensitive information.
Experience in providing assistance or administrative support to clients including operational policing units and external partners including Crown Counsel and Justice Canada.
Experience working in Police Data bases such as PROS, PRIME and CPIC.

*Recent means experience obtained over approximately the last 3 years.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

*Recent experience in Major Case Management and associated software applications.
Experience in Information Management practices and procedures

Conditions of employment

Secret security clearance - Security Clearance: Royal Canadian Mounted Police Secret
