Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to establish a pool of qualified candidates which could be used to staff similar or identical positions with various tenures, language requirements, and/or security clearance levels in various Federal Government Departments or Agencies, in various locations.

EDUCATION:
ED1 - Successful completion of a secondary school diploma OR *employer-approved alternative.

*Employer-approved alternative is an acceptable combination of training and experience. This is defined as experience performing tasks such as: typing, filing, sending and replying to e-mail, answering telephone inquiries, etc. and training in the basic use of computers.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
NOTE - REQUIRED FOR CR-04, CR-05, AS-01 AND PM-01
EX1 - Experience providing service to clients by telephone, in person or in writing.
EX2 - Experience using various software such as word processing, spreadsheets and email.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:
AED1 - Successful completion of a post-secondary school diploma or a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution (e.g. college, CEGEP, technical college or university).

EXPERIENCE:
AEX1 - Experience as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces

Degree equivalency

ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS

Reliability Status or Secret security clearance.
